1. What we provide

The website is a free directory of businesses, events and property classifieds in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We publish information supplied by businesses and users, along with our own guides. We don't sell the products or services listed, and we are not a party to any transaction between users and listed businesses.

2. Using the website

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or republish listings in bulk, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on the website;
• use contact details from listings to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• attempt to access admin areas, other users' accounts or data you are not authorised to see;
• upload malware or interfere with the website's security or operation;
• use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading.

3. Submitting listings

When you submit a business, event or property listing, you confirm that:

• you own or are authorised to represent the business or property;
• the information is accurate, current and not misleading;
• the business is located in Noida and is legally permitted to operate;
• the content (text, images, logos) does not infringe anyone's rights and is not obscene, hateful, defamatory or illegal.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, format and edit your submission on the website and in related promotion. All submissions are reviewed, and we may reject, edit or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings for adult services, gambling, weapons, counterfeit goods or anything else we consider inappropriate.

4. Real estate accounts

If you register for a real estate account, keep your password secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. Paid plans give extra listing capacity and contact visibility for the period purchased. They don't guarantee enquiries or sales. Property listings must comply with applicable law, including RERA where relevant.

5. Featured listings and advertising

Businesses may pay for featured placement or sponsored banners. These are labelled as featured or sponsored. Payment doesn't mean we endorse the business. Third-party ads, including Google AdSense, are governed by their providers' policies.

6. Accuracy and liability

We try to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee it. The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or from dealings with any listed business, individual or event organiser. The website's design, guides, text written by us and our logo belong to RWA Noida Directory. Business names and logos belong to their respective owners.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms, or suspend or discontinue any part of the website, at any time. We may remove content or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
